Vegan MOFO #1

It is vegan MOFO, and I am participating again this year. I know that some of you have read my last few posts, and I want you to know that I am good. In the right head space. Yes I am sad, but like I said... it is new day, a new dawn!

This year my theme is the ' Fall harvest"...everything that I am going to make this month will be local and/or seasonal. Now because I don't have a camera right at this moment. I am going to revisit a few of my last years favourites.  Don't worry though, I am buying myself a swanky new camera, today! I feel that I have earned it. In more ways than one.

So lets get this vegan adventure started!

amazing pumpkin lasagne...must be shared!

lastly a great idea for that thanksgiving brunch..my chickpea fritta!

This years vegan MOFO is going to be stellar..so many new vegan bloggers and oldies. I am really looking forward to meeting some new friends and getting in touch with old ones. Happy Vegan MOFO!!!

  9. Pumpking lasagne for dinner at our house tonight! You wouldn't believe how frequently I look to your blog for dinner ideas. I just so happen to have all those ingredients, except I'll substitute Rosemary as the roasting herb.

I'm glad you're buying yourself a good quality camera. I bought one a year ago, and it was a tremendous investment towards creating memories.

Also, I love looking at the pictures on your blog, particularly those that show the different seasons. I love the snow pictures. Those scenes are so magical for someone who hasn't seen snow since the early 90s.

Good luck Kirsten with Vegan MOFO.

    Best wishes

    Donna
