1 pineapple- remove skin and cut into spears
1 tbsp sunflower oil
brush lightly with oil, place on BBQ until grill marks appear.
2 tbsp of earth balance
5 tbsp of cane sugar
3 cloves
1 tsp of ground cardamon
2 tbsp of soy creamer
melt butter in saucepan, add brown sugar, and spices
allow to bubble, add cream, simmer
