I have missed my muffin days..it has been too long. I busted out the old muffin tin this morning, and convinced a friend to come over and sample a few with me :) I love summer berries, and usually have a good whack of them in my freezer. I also love jam. Muffins, berries and jam!! O yeah baby.

Back in the day I ate so many of these type of muffins from Tim Hortons. I should bake some up - they look so easy!
